it’s officially been one month since i was given the go-ahead to start working out again and it feels so good! in celebration after that appointment i decided to reward myself with a little Target r+r and ended up snagging this running jacket in hopes of kicking my post-baby booty back into the fitness routine.
now that i’m going to our apartment complex’s gym a couple times a week and can do more than light walking and stretches, i’ve starting eyeing other inspiring exercise gear. i’m hoping those below will continue to inspire the heathy habits.
